Results of the 2025–2026 Academic Year Summarized at the Faculty Council Meeting

The 12th regular Faculty Council meeting was held at the Faculty of Plant Protection, Agrochemistry and Soil Science of the Tashkent State Agrarian University. The meeting was attended by Jasur Lapasov, First Vice-Rector for Youth Affairs and Spiritual-Educational Work. During the session, reports on the outcomes of the 2025–2026 academic year were presented by the Departments of Agrochemistry and Soil Science, Plant Protection and Quarantine, Agricultural Phytopathology, and Biotechnology.

The Dean of the Faculty also delivered an annual analytical report covering the quality of education, research activities, international cooperation, and the performance of faculty members and students. The Council discussed publications indexed in the Scopus and Web of Science databases, grant projects, contractual research activities, and measures aimed at strengthening the faculty’s scientific capacity.
➡️ Particular attention was given to ensuring admission targets for the upcoming academic year, attracting prospective students to educational programs, and providing further support to doctoral candidates and independent researchers.
✅ At the conclusion of the meeting, important tasks were outlined to strengthen anti-corruption efforts, reinforce the principles of openness and transparency, and further improve the effectiveness of educational and scientific activities within the faculty.
