The department is engaged in the training of highly qualified practitioners and scientific and pedagogical personnel in the crop sector of agriculture (Cotton Science, Grain Science, Fodder growing, Technical and Oilseed Crops).
The department encourages new methods to improve modern farming techniques for producing high-quality crops, adjusting new and foreign plant types to fit local soil and weather, studying their biological traits, and creating and applying farming practices for their growth. Students gain real experience through practical training.
