The initiative put forward by President Shavkat Mirziyoyev to declare every Thursday as “Youth Day” during meetings with young people is being actively implemented in practice.
A “Meeting of Leaders and Youth” was held at the Tashkent State Agrarian University with the participation of part-time education students. Before the meeting, on the occasion of the 690th anniversary of the birth of the great commander and statesman Amir Temur, his rich historical heritage, state governance, justice, and devotion to the Motherland were remembered, and the importance of strengthening patriotic feelings among young people was emphasized.
The meeting was attended by the Advisor to the Minister of Agriculture on spirituality and state language issues Mizrob Bo‘ronov, First Vice-Rector of the university Jasur Lapasov, Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs Sayfulla Boboyev, and Dean of the Part-time Education Faculty Abdusalim Yusupov.
During the event, issues related to the opportunities created for part-time students, their spiritual and professional development, strengthening patriotism among youth, and respect for national values were discussed.
The meeting was held in an active and open dialogue format, and students received detailed answers to their questions. The event served as an important spiritual and educational platform for part-time students and played a significant role in supporting their ideas and initiatives.
