The event was attended by representatives of the Ministry of Agriculture, the Uzbekistan “Women in the Agrarian Sector” Association, industry specialists, as well as representatives of Tashkent State Agrarian University. During the meeting, participants thoroughly discussed pressing issues related to food security, global trends, and possible solutions. The importance of management approaches aligned with international standards and mechanisms for reducing risks and hazards was also emphasized. As part of the event, an animated video explaining the difference between food security and food product safety was shown, providing participants with a clear understanding of the topic. Afterwards, representatives of Tashkent State Agrarian University informed students and master’s degree candidates about updates in new-generation academic programs, the integration of international standards into the educational process, and the advantages of practice-oriented teaching methods.
At the conclusion of the event, detailed explanations were given regarding scientific research in the field of food product safety, its practical outcomes, storage technologies, and the economic efficiency of these processes.
