A roundtable discussion on professional ethics and a safe educational environment was held at Tashkent State Agrarian University

A roundtable discussion dedicated to professional ethics was organized with the participation of professors and staff members. The event focused on strengthening the principles of safety and mutual respect in the educational process, as well as protecting female students from various inappropriate situations. During the discussion, the legal, psychological, and moral responsibilities of educators were addressed. Emphasis was placed on compliance with legislation, protection of students’ rights, and the creation of a healthy communication environment. Special attention was also given to enhancing the professional ethics and responsibility of male educators.
