At the Zooengineering Faculty of Tashkent State Agrarian University, a spiritual and educational event was organized under the slogan “In Memory of Great Ancestors” under the leadership of Deputy Dean I. Toshtemirov and tutors.
The event was held within the framework of activities dedicated to the 585th anniversary of the birth of the great thinker Alisher Navoi, titled “Navoi – the Pride of the Nation and the Source of Spirituality”, as well as the 543rd anniversary of the birth of the great commander, king, and poet Zahiriddin Muhammad Babur, titled “Poetry Gathering of Babur’s Followers”.
The event was attended by talented students, young readers, and teachers of native language and literature. Professors M. Nurutdinova and M. Qasimova shared their views on the lives and creative heritage of these great ancestors.
In addition, excerpts from the works of Navoi and Babur were recited, and stage performances were presented. Active participants were awarded certificates of appreciation.
