With the cooperation of the Tashkent State Agrarian University community, First Vice-Rector for Youth Affairs and Spiritual-Enlightenment Activities J. Lapasov, the team of the Faculty of Plant Protection, Agrochemistry and Soil Science, staff of the Department for Youth Affairs, Spirituality and Enlightenment, Youth Union activists, and the “Bo‘ston Notiqlari” team, a literary and educational event dedicated to the 585th anniversary of Alisher Navoi was held at the Alley of Writers. The event took place at the pedestal of the monument to the eminent writer and Hero of Uzbekistan To‘lepbergen Qaipbergenov, who is assigned to the university. As part of the event, professors, teachers, and students laid flowers at the monument and paid tribute to the literary heritage of two great creators — Alisher Navoi and To‘lepbergen Qaipbergenov. Members of the “Bo‘ston Notiqlari” team skillfully recited selected ghazals by Alisher Navoi, which further increased young people’s interest in classical literature. Speakers at the event delivered lectures on Alisher Navoi’s “Khamsa” and its significance in world civilization.
Such events held at the Alley of Writers contribute to enriching the spiritual world of students and strengthening their respect for national literature and cultural values.
