A scientific-practical event titled “Towards Sustainable Agriculture” was held at the “Agro Eco Club” established within the Tashkent State Agrarian University.

Initiated by the Rector of TSAU, N. Oblomuradov, and organized in collaboration with Sh. Valieva and N. Yakubjonova, the opening ceremony of a one-week training course was conducted at a high level. This course is significant for its focus on developing sustainable agriculture, widespread implementation of ecological approaches, and the practical application of modern agrotechnologies. The event was attended by prominent experts in the field, including M. Mavlonovich, Advisor to the Minister of Agriculture; A. Ahmedjanovna, Chairperson of the Association of Women in the Agricultural Sector of Uzbekistan; N. Naimovich, Rector of the University; K. Sultonov, Vice-Rector for Scientific Affairs and Innovation; P. Choriyev and O. Rahimov, specialists from the Ecology Department of the Ministry of Agriculture, as well as scientists and distinguished guests. During the training course, participants will have the opportunity to strengthen their knowledge and skills in environmental sustainability, efficient resource management, climate change adaptation, agroecology principles, and innovative solutions. Furthermore, the course plans to include experience sharing, practical sessions, interactive seminars, and discussions, opening new doors of opportunity for youth and professionals alike.

This initiative contributes not only to the development of the agricultural sector but also to maintaining ecological balance, ensuring food security, and creating a sustainable environment for future generations.
