At Tashkent State Agrarian University, an traditional sumalak cooking event was organized in Doshqozon on the initiative of the Technical Operation and Maintenance Department, under the leadership of the department head F. Abdullayev. Starting early in the morning, employees of the Technical Operation and Maintenance Department actively participated and carried out the sumalak cooking process together, sharing the spirit of spring.
As a result of using ingredients in the required proportions, the sumalak was prepared tasty and of high quality. The event served to express longing for spring, honor national traditions, and strengthen team unity.
