Today, under the leadership of the Rector of Tashkent State Agrarian University N. Oblomuradov, a discussion was held on the annual reports based on the KPI (Key Performance Indicator) system for the 2024/2025 academic year with the professors and teachers of the Faculty of Agro-engineering and Agro-Technologies. During the session, the Rector emphasized the importance of fostering a spirit of unity and teamwork, and highlighted the need for innovative thinking and a modern approach within the faculty. The outcomes achieved by the end of the academic year were analyzed. Professors who demonstrated high performance under the KPI system were recognized, while those with lower results received constructive criticism. Additionally, a dedicated working group was established within the faculty to support and provide practical assistance to teachers with underperformance in the KPI system. The Rector stressed the importance of developing new national crop varieties, intensifying scientific research at the university’s educational and experimental farm, and fundamentally transforming the approach to land use. Furthermore, tasks were assigned to increase the number of scientific publications in international journals in order to strengthen the university’s position in global rankings.
Finally, attention was drawn to the need for improving the spiritual and moral environment and focusing on youth upbringing. Similar discussions will be carried out across all faculties of the university.
