At Tashkent State Agrarian University, a roundtable discussion titled “Environmental Legislation — My Rights and Responsibilities” was organized by the University Council on Women’s Issues with the participation of regional and district deputies

The event was attended by J. Lapasov, First Vice-Rector for Youth Affairs and Spiritual-Educational Work; M. Khodjayeva, Member of the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis and a member of the Ecological Party of Uzbekistan faction; Z. Sodiqova, Head of the University Press Service, Advisor to the Rector on Information Issues, and Deputy of the Qibray District Council of People’s Deputies; S. Avazov, Member of the Tashkent Regional Council of People’s Deputies, Head of the Department of Agricultural Phytopathology and Professor; as well as G. Shodmonova, Chairwoman of the University Council on Women’s Issues. They delivered speeches and shared their insights.

Professors, teaching staff, students, and pupils of the academic lyceum under the university participated in the roundtable, where they received answers to their questions about environmental legislation and exchanged views on practical issues.
