At Tashkent State Agrarian University, from the very first days of the new academic year, special attention is paid to increasing students’ legal awareness and sense of responsibility. For this purpose, with the participation of the University’s First Vice-Rector J. Lapasov and the Chief Specialist of the “Combating Corruption – Compliance Control” system A. Khayitov, a preventive roundtable discussion was held with the students of the Faculty of Agroengineering and Agrotechnologies on the topic “Combating Corruption – A Step Towards a Just Society.” During the discussion, detailed information was provided about the negative impact of corruption on society’s development, the consequences of conflicts of interest, and the role of young people in preventing it. Students were reminded of the need to strictly adhere to the principles of honesty, legality and justice, and to achieve success through their knowledge and hard work.
