In accordance with the Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated December 24, 2021 No. PP-60 "On additional measures to ensure the academic and organizational-managerial independence of state higher educational institutions", "Rules for determining the curriculum of the teaching staff of a higher educational institution and educational-methodical, research and teaching-student work", registered by the Ministry of Justice on October 8, 2018 under number 3076, and the Resolution of the Council of Tashkent State Agrarian University No. 12 dated July 30, 2024, by the order of the Rector of Tashkent State Agrarian University No. 1-9-6 / 326 dated August 21, 2024, the Department of Jurisprudence was created. Our goal is to study and analyze legal solutions to international and local environmental problems, compare and further improve regulatory legal acts in this area with the legislation of developed countries, and transfer knowledge to students in innovative forms and methods. We currently cooperate with the Ministry of Agriculture, the Supreme Court, and various other organizations in this area.Целью данного факультета является подготовка, переподготовка и повышение квалификации профессиональных кадров по юридическим направлениям для всех министерств, ведомств и соответствующих органов государственного и хозяйственного управления, входящих в состав правоохранительных органов, а также подготовка военнослужащих и сотрудников правоохранительных органов с высокой правовой грамотностью и правовой культурой для Нового Узбекистана.
