Within the framework of the “Urgent 90 Days” project, Tashkent State Agrarian University, in cooperation with local communities (mahallas), organized a series of meetings and activities aimed at young people. Teachers of the Department of General Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Medicine — B. Shoyusupov, G.Erdanova, U.Asrayev, and R.Troyanovskaya — visited School No. 29 of Qibray district in Tashkent region and held an open dialogue with students. During the event, advocacy work was carried out to meaningfully organize students' leisure time during the summer holidays and to engage them in clubs related to sports, art, science, and technology. Special attention was paid to the activities of the “Yosh shaxmatchi” and “Mohir qo‘llar” clubs. On the initiative of the university psychologist S. Abdullayeva, a roundtable discussion was held on the topic “The role of family relations in the upbringing of youth and their spiritual and moral development period.” The event was attended by the chairpersons of the “Bobur” and “Oybek” mahallas and officials responsible for women’s issues. As part of the project, in order to develop domestic tourism and strengthen young people’s interest in historical heritage, the university’s “Taraqqiyot” debate team organized a trip to the city of Khiva. The students visited museums in Khiva. The lecturers of the Department of Horticulture and Viticulture — M. Fakhrutdinov, O. Qahhorova, and N. Haqnazarova — conducted advocacy work at School No. 24 of Qibray district. The meeting “Akademik va yoshlar” greatly inspired the students and gave them strong motivation. The guest of the event was the well-known scientist, academician S.Gulyamov, who shared his rich scientific experience, life views, and thoughts regarding youth.
An extraordinary meeting was held at the Faculty of Vegetable and Viticulture as part of the project. The head of the Department of Uzbek Language and Literature, S.Kholmirzayeva, and lecturer Yu. Boboyev visited School No. 40 of Qibray district and conducted spiritual and educational work. The “Urgent 90 Days” project is an initiative aimed at communication with young people, comprehensive support, and encouraging their activity. The university’s advocacy activities are continuing consistently.
