On February 24, 2026, an open dialogue between the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Shavkat Mirziyoyev, and the youth took place at the Kuksaroy Residence. During this meeting, several critical tasks and instructions were outlined regarding the provision of youth employment, support for their initiatives and startup projects, and the development of modern knowledge and skills.
To ensure the implementation of these instructions, a seminar-training was organized at Tashkent State Agrarian University at the initiative of the Department of "Accounting, Analysis, and Audit" in collaboration with the Tashkent Regional Branch of the National Bank of Uzbekistan. During the event, students and faculty members were provided with detailed information on youth employment mechanisms, opportunities for developing and funding startup projects, and procedures for utilizing bank loans and preferential financial instruments. Furthermore, practical recommendations were offered on drafting business plans, evaluating project effectiveness, and managing financial resources efficiently based on real-world examples.
The seminar-training was conducted in the format of an open dialogue and Q&A session, allowing participants to put forward their ideas and proposals and engage directly with bank specialists. This event serves to ensure the practical fulfillment of the tasks set by the President, enhance youth entrepreneurial activity, and provide them with decent employment opportunities.
