From 9 to 11 September of this year, at the initiative of FAO, this international forum brought together representatives of European and Central Asian countries, government delegations, international organizations, as well as experts in science and innovation. Within the framework of the forum, the Rector of our university met with Viorel Gutu, Assistant Director-General of FAO and Regional Representative for Europe and Central Asia.
The event discussed the exchange of experiences in the field of green agriculture, expansion of cooperation, introduction of innovative technologies in the agrarian sector, development of sustainable food systems, adaptation to climate change, and the conservation of biological diversity.
