“The Tashkent State Agrarian University team actively participated in the scientific and practical conference on the topic: ‘Achieving the Sustainable Development Goals through Ensuring Food and Product Safety in the Context of Global Climate Change’”

Today, a scientific and practical conference entitled “Achieving the Sustainable Development Goals through Ensuring Food and Product Safety in the Context of Global Climate Change” was held at the National Center for Knowledge and Innovations in Agriculture under the Ministry of Agriculture. Under the leadership of the Rector of Tashkent State Agrarian University, N. Oblomuradov, the university’s faculty members actively participated in the conference. The event was attended by representatives of government organizations, leading sector experts, research institutions, higher education institutions, non-governmental non-profit organizations, representatives of the private sector, and mass media.

The main objective of the event was to discuss ensuring food security under conditions of global climate change, improving the quality of agro-industrial products, introducing climate-adapted innovative solutions into practice, and exploring prospects for achieving the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.
