As part of the 95th anniversary of Tashkent State Agrarian University, a mutual cooperation agreement was signed with “Fruit House Organics” LLC to further strengthen the integration of education and production. This agreement aims to introduce advanced international practices into Uzbekistan’s horticultural sector, enhance the practical skills of young specialists, and promote the development of innovative projects. Within the framework of this cooperation, the following activities will be implemented: organizing horticulture master classes for students, undergraduates, doctoral students, and faculty members; conducting demonstration and field classes in nurseries; establishing and commercializing a nursery plantation at the university’s educational and experimental farm; publishing joint media resources on social networks, promoting educational content, and preparing teaching materials. For reference: the founder of “Fruit House Organics” LLC, Shuhrat Abrorov, is a graduate of TSAU (2000–2006). He gained professional experience at “Family Tree Farms” in California, USA. Later, he worked on USAID projects, making a significant contribution to the development of modern horticulture in Uzbekistan.
In 2019, he founded “Fruit House Organics” together with French scientist Fabian Martel. Today, he studies the practices of more than 50 countries and works as an agronomist-consultant in fruit orchards across Uzbekistan, covering a total area of 2,500 hectares.
