The Rector of the University, N. Oblomuradov, opened the seminar, emphasizing that the role of women in society, the protection of their rights and interests, and the creation of a healthy and supportive working environment are among the most pressing tasks of today. Following this, Mukarram Nurmatova, Deputy Chairperson of the Committee for Family and Women of the Republic of Uzbekistan, shared important insights and recommendations regarding the comprehensive support of women, increasing their social activity, and implementing modern management and communication mechanisms. During the seminar, Rohila Abdukadirova, Advisor to the Chairman of "Ammofos-Maxam" JSC on Family and Women’s Issues, discussed the experience of working with women in manufacturing enterprises, practical approaches, and effective support systems. Gulnoza Shodmonova, Chairperson of the University Women's Advisory Council and Advisor to the Rector, focused on the legal framework for working with women in higher education institutions, existing systems and mechanisms, as well as increasing their involvement in science, education, and social life. Additionally, Rahima Mamurjonovna Naipova, Deputy Hokim of Qibray District of Tashkent Region and Head of the Family and Women's Department, provided a brief overview of the ongoing efforts in the regions concerning women's employment, involvement in entrepreneurship, and social support. Within the framework of the seminar, participants were given explanations based on presentations, practical examples, and real-life experiences. Opinions were also exchanged on the challenges faced when working with women and their potential solutions.
At the end of the event, a Q&A session was organized, where participants received detailed answers from experts. The seminar drew significant interest and was enriched by active discussions. In conclusion, proposals and recommendations were developed to improve the efficiency of working with women, support them, and implement new initiatives. This seminar is of great importance in further strengthening the role and prestige of women in society, realizing their potential, and widely implementing modern management mechanisms.
