Tashkent State Agricultural University is carrying out systematic efforts to train personnel meeting the requirements of the modern labor market and to elevate the quality of education to a new level. Specifically, to ensure the implementation of Presidential Decree No. UP-76 dated May 5, 2025, and Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No. 498, the university is actively preparing for the establishment of new educational programs.
Currently, a dedicated task force established at the university is effectively coordinating the state accreditation processes for new undergraduate and graduate programs scheduled to commence in the 2026/2027 academic year. In the new academic year, admission is expected for 8 undergraduate programs, including Management, Human Resource Management, Biology, Renewable Energy Sources, Sports Activities (Kurash and Football), Veterinary Pharmaceutics, and the highly relevant field of Artificial Intelligence.
Furthermore, the scope of specialist training at the Master’s level is expanding with the introduction of new degree programs in Metrology, Standardization and Quality Management, as well as Biology. These initiatives will serve to provide the agricultural sector and related industries with modern, competitive, and highly skilled professionals, while further strengthening the university’s scientific and pedagogical potential.
