Specifically, at the "Oltiariq Agrostar" enterprise in the Altyaryk district, the processes of cultivation, storage, and export of export-oriented grape varieties such as "Rizamat," "Husayni," "Kelinbarmoq," and "Black Kishmish" were reviewed. The farm was allocated 7.1 hectares of land from the district reserve and has held "exporter" status since 2020. The harvested crop is packed into special crates, cooled to standard temperatures in refrigerated warehouses, and delivered to partners in Kazakhstan and Russia.
In addition, the activities of the agricultural storage and logistics center at "NIRT-FRUIT" LLC were inspected. Modern refrigerated warehouses and an efficient logistics system serve to maintain product quality and increase export volumes.
At the "Xayrullo Baxrom Boymatov" farm, the vineyards, refrigerated storage facilities, and practical innovations were also observed.
During the process, discussions were held on strengthening the integration of science and production, increasing the volume of export-oriented products, and organizing student internships at advanced farms.
