Respect for Women — Respect for Society

At the Tashkent State Agrarian University, a festive concert program filled with high spirits was held on the occasion of March 8 — International Women’s Day. “Women are entrepreneurs, scientists, teachers, doctors, engineers, state and public figures; in a word, they are the angels of our homes, the support of the family and society — this is the absolute truth.” — Shavkat Mirziyoyev At the beginning of the event, the rector of the university, N. Oblomuradov, delivered an opening speech, sincerely congratulating all women and expressing his best wishes: “I wish you the most precious wealth in the world — family happiness, peace and tranquility, and the joy of witnessing the achievements of your children and grandchildren. May your hearts always blossom like today’s spring, and may the festive mood always accompany you.” On the occasion of the holiday, a number of the university’s professors and teachers, tutors, воспитатель-educators, as well as devoted women working for the improvement and beautification of the university territory, were duly awarded.
During the event, the song “Muqaddas ayol”, musical performances by T. Jabborov, and the poem “Ayol” recited by tutors were presented. The dance “Mustahzod” performed by the dancers of the “Bo‘ston” song and dance ensemble brought uplifting emotions to everyone. In addition, the guest artist, laureate of the “Shuhrat” medal R. Ro‘zimova enriched the program with her Khorezm songs. The song “Ona” performed by S. Nurmuhammedov, the song “Buxorocha” performed by N. Himmatov and Y. Janibekova, and the monologue “Ayol” presented by I. Isoqov were warmly received by the audience.
