The Department of Storage and Processing of Agricultural Products is engaged in training specialists in the fields of agricultural product storage and processing technology, and food technology. A doctoral program is available in the specialty of Storage and Processing of Agricultural Products.Development of formulations for functional food products, production of dried products using various methods, and quality control of products. Conducting scientific and practical research on the technology of producing nutritional supplements based on local plants for use in the food industry. Improvement of packaging technologies for agricultural products and scientific justification of the influence of packaging materials on product quality. Implementation of innovative techniques and technologies in the storage and processing of meat, dairy, and fish products. Training of knowledgeable and talented young specialists in the field of agriculture and food industry.
